Yesterday a South African expat asked for a recipe for bread to make Bunny Chows.
Jennifer, from Jenn’s Fun with Foods, was kind enough to share her recipe for these beautiful loaves.

Bread for bunny chow
Ingredients
Tick off ingredients as you go.
Method
Sift all dry ingredients together
Add yeast
Add oil and water
Make a soft dough
Knead for 8 minutes
Place in a well oiled dish
Cover with cling wrap
Leave to rest for 60 minutes
Then gently punch it
Place in a well greased baking tin
Cover for 30 minutes
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes
Remove and allow to cool
